Caroline E. Allertz
Caroline moved into the field of career coaching after working as a lawyer in Scotland and in The Netherlands. She is a highly experienced accredited career coach. She has managed outplacement programmes whereby successfully helping numerous clients identify and obtain suitable positions in the corporate world.
Today Caroline enjoys assisting managers to make the right career decisions at times when they reach crossroads or may struggle with new career challenges. Caroline is bilingual (English and Dutch) and has worked for large international organisations.

Caroline recently joined our corporate mentoring team and works closely together with Janet Poot in co-managing the design and implementation of bespoke corporate mentoring programmes.
