Personal Note
I have discovered during many years of coaching in The Netherlands and various other European Countries, that there are two areas that contribute most significantly to a corporation's success.
I have made these areas my organisation's field of expertise.
The first is the level of personal influence leaders enjoy locally and beyond their national borders. This is where I see the greatest opportunities for leaders in today's business environment. Their success, influence and recognition across cultures and borders depends to a large extent on their identity, speech, leadership styles, cultural sensitivity, strategy and diplomacy.

The second area relates to a company's ability to have the right people in the right positions. Our top level performance matching is used as a key tool in hiring the right candidates for key positions. This procedure stands in stark contrast to traditional hiring methods. I consider this system of competence & behavioural hiring not only relevant to our times but also a necessity given the competitiveness of the workforce and business environment. Closely linked to this expertise is our focus on ensuring leadership skills are developed throughout an organisation. We have a small dedicated and highly experienced team who help companies to implement the best of mentoring programmes for local and international use in order to attract, develop and retain talent.

I am bilingual - English (mother tongue) and Dutch - and frequently coach in English on all of the above topics so that workshop participants go 'truly international' as we deal with topics related to cross cultural leadership.
